Use of Facial cleansers

As we carry out our daily activities our skins are exposed to very many elements and impurities such as particles form dust and other pollutions, excess heat either from the sun or the working environment among others. As a result of all these exposures our skins cells tend to become damaged and results into such undesirable conditions such as wrinkles, age spots, first skin aging and some blemishes. Also when asleep at night and the body is producing oil which ends up blocking the skin pores which can cause certain discomforts such as black heads and some disorders of the skin. It is therefore of paramount importance to use facial cleansers which help in eliminating this negative effects.

Why use facial cleaners?

They are very important as they help in protecting the skin by removing all the free radicals in the skin thus   maintaining the correct moisture for the skin. This help in maintaining a healthy skin that is free from all ailments.

Simple steps in using facial cleaners

The first step is to wash the hands thoroughly using clean warm water and soap before touching the facial cleanser. This helps in eradicating all impurities in your hands such as bacteria.

The next step is to rub your face gently using a clean and soft washcloth moistened by using lukewarm water. Then remove the moistened washcloth and using both hands put a small quantity of the facial cleanser onto the tip of the index fingers.

The next step is to use circular motions to rub the face with the cleanser creating foam. You should put more emphasis on the nose, cheeks and the forehead as they are the sensitive parts.

After rubbing the face thoroughly, use  a washcloth this time moistened by dipping it in water which is tepid and rub the face again gently .this will remove the facial cleanser .The process is complete and your face is completely cleansed for that day.

It is important to always use the facial cleanser daily. Use facial cleanser in the morning just before you apply the daily moisturizer or your daily sunscreen. Also use the facial cleanser daily in the night before you apply the daily night cream.
